WE ARE CURRENTLY HAVING DIFFICULTY OBTAINING THE JARS TO BOTTLE OUR VINEGARS. THE EARLIEST WE WILL RECEIVE THE BOTTLES IS THE END OF OCTOBER. STAY TUNED FOR ANY UPDATES! WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.
Infused Vinegars
We start with a locally-sourced organic apple cider vinegar and infuse it with our farm-grown raspberries or garlic.
We do not add any sweetener to the Raspberry vinegar due to the sweetness of the berries.
To the garlic vinegar, we add a small amount raw honey produced locally in Paonia.
We only use raspberries and garlic that we grow on our farm.
Raspberry Vinegar
We start with a locally-sourced organic apple cider vinegar and infuse it with our farm-grown raspberries. No added sugar is needed due to the natural sweetness on the berries.
Use straight or combine with oil and herbs as a salad dressing.

To use as a drinking vinegar, add 1-2 T. of Raspberry Vinegar to 8 – 12 oz. water. Drink throughout the day.
Garlic Vinegar
We start with a locally-sourced organic apple cider vinegar and infuse it with our farm-grown garlic. We add a small amount of raw, local honey to improve the taste of the product.
Use straight or combine with oil and herbs as a salad dressing.
We make a daily tonic drink with the garlic vinegar by adding 1 – 2 T. of vinegar to 8 oz. (or more) and drink throughout the day.
